2026 Conference Overview

The Southeast Annual Giving Conference offers several days of annual giving fundraising presentations, forums, discussions and networking with more than 30 sessions and 30 speakers, moderators and panelists.

Dates: Mid-Day Monday, September 28th (with pre-conference workshop option on Monday morning) through mid-day Wednesday, September 30th, 2026.

Monday, September 28 – Day 1 of conference;
▪ 9-1130 a.m. – Pre-conference workshop – Topic TBA
▪ Noon – Sponsor foyer and conference registration open
▪ 1-3:15 p.m. – Conference opening welcome and plenary Annual Giving Directors’ Forum
3:15-3:45 p.m. – Break with refreshments in the sponsor foyer
▪ 3:45-5 p.m. – Breakout sessions
▪ 5:30-7:30 p.m. – Complimentary networking drinks reception

Tuesday, September 29 – Day 2 of conference; Full day of sessions from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
▪ 8-9:00 a.m. – Continental breakfast
▪ 9-10:15 a.m. – Breakout sessions
▪ 10:15-10:30 a.m. – Break with refreshments in the sponsor foyer
▪ 10:30-11:45 a.m. – Breakout sessions
▪ 11:45 a.m.-1:15 p.m. – Lunch on your own
▪ 1:15-2:15 p.m. – Breakout sessions
▪ 2:15-2:30 p.m. – Break with refreshments in the sponsor foyer
▪ 2:30-3:45 p.m. –Breakout sessions
▪ 3:45-4:00 p.m. – Break with refreshments in the sponsor foyer
▪ 4-5:00 p.m. – Breakout sessions

Wednesday, September 30 – Day 3 with a full morning of conference sessions. Begins at 9 a.m. and conference ends at 1 p.m.
▪ 8-9:00 a.m. – Continental breakfast
▪ 9-10:00 a.m. – Breakout sessions
▪ 10-10:15 a.m.- Break with refreshments in the sponsor foyer
▪ 10:15 -11:15 a.m. – Breakout sessions
▪ 11:15-11:30 a.m.- Break with refreshments in the sponsor foyer
▪ 11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. Breakout sessions
▪ 12:30-1 p.m. – Closing session

UCF is located 20 minutes from the Orlando airport, and 30 minutes from Orlando theme parks.

Hotel Accommodations: We have special conference rates at nearby hotels, including the Celeste and the Doubletree.

Cost: Registration is just $445 per person, with a 20% discount when registering 3 or more team members at the same time.
