We have a block of hotel rooms at three different hotels close to St. Edward’s University and all are less than 5 miles from the Austin Airport. All blocks will end about a month before the conference, so make your reservations once you’ve confirmed you’re coming!
We are exploring providing shuttles from the conference hotels or UBER vouchers, but we cannot currently guarantee transportation to and from the conference. Free on-campus parking will be provided at St. Edward’s for those who have cars.
The Wyndham Garden Inn Hotel – is across the street from the St. Edward’s campus and is a fifteen-minute walk to the conference.
