Annual Giving 101 with Skylar Beaver (and Bob Burdenski)

There’s a special FREE preconference workshop on Monday morning, September 28th, featuring CASE Crystal Apple annual giving expert Skylar Beaver,  teaching a special “Introduction to Annual Giving… and SEAGC” workshop.

This pre-conference workshop is designed for both newcomers and seasoned annual giving professionals. Participants will explore the art and science of annual giving, from storytelling and omni-channel strategies to data-driven decision-making and campaign planning. Through real-world examples, small group discussions, and hands-on exercises, attendees will learn how to craft compelling cases for support, calculate key fundraising metrics, and design donor-centered annual plans. The session includes ready-to-use worksheets and templates, enabling participants to leave with actionable tools to elevate their own fundraising efforts.

We’ll talk about the evolving goals, methods, channels, messages, metrics — and the very idea of “annual giving” itself.  Pack up your newbies (or your “oldbies” in need of a refresh) and join us early in Orlando!
